Bare footing

Continuing my work to develop into a better and healthier runner I have begun using a pair of Tera Plana Barefoot VIVO Evo II (as above - nice eh!)

It has been recommended that you ease yourself into the technique of Barefoot running and as such I had a very short run in them yesterday. I concentrated on form and function and found it quite liberating.

I have also been taught to listen for your footfall and try and make it as quiet as possible (so no I-POds people!) and tried to maintain this on my short route home.

I will let you know not only how my running develops but also any effects on posture (which is another focus of mine with Yoga)any niggles and obviously how the Evo II's perform.

How are you getting on with the Evo's now?
I've ordered a pair myself!
